Similar to the previous versions of Windows, as far as I can remember....You can then choose the file pull-down menu when you get to the "fonts" window and there is an option there to add a new font. You just direct it to the folder where you have saved the font files on your computer.

If you are asking where to get the font files from, there are lots of websited out there that offer free fonts, and other such as FontFreak.com (one I used to use) that may or may not charge for them. I just download the fonts into a temporary directory I have for downloads and then point the "add font" to that directory.
