... Peter -- a point I have made in previous discussions of this nature -- no matter how you slice it up, the buyer ALWAYS pays. Or, in the context of chip sales, the seller makes no money. Which is okay if the seller is just having a little fun and sharing in the hobby. Anyone who wants to actually make money in ANY sale process MUST have the buyer pay for shipping.
