What you say is very true Marv. There are collectors who "need" to have that strike or chip to finish their collection and will pay any amount for it. Once they have their chip the price drops. I have seen this happen in obsolete Mississippi chips. Most collectors who want the high denomination or "rare" chips already have them so any chips that come onto the market go begging.
