I usually try and keep my personal life off the board but for some reason I am so overwhelmed this morning that I had to say something.

Earlier this morning I had to make one of the toughest decisions of my life...... and put my good friend Dach to sleep.

Dach was hit by a car last night due to his injuries there was not much hope for recovery. While I knew this day would come sometime as he has lived a long and full life, I never expected it to be so sudden, or for that final decision to be mine.

I know that this cant possibly compare to losing a family member a spouse or the unthinkablke, a child, but none the less, the pain is still there.

Goodbye my friend we will miss you.
