It would be my guess that almost all of the properties built in the last 15-20 years have some of this foam on the facade. My company is just finishing up a facade remodel in SoCal in a retail center where we have used quite a bit of this EIFS foam work. It makes the detail work much easier, and there is MUCH less load on the structure.
