I believe that Dean (Mr. Researcher to me) has attributed another heretofore Unknown c&s (or ufc&s)

What do you guys think? What is known is that the MIDCC chip was delivered to the NY office (USPC office I assume) in 1919 and 1920. The article comes from the NY Times dated July 29, 1920.

These are chips I never believed would be attributed. I'm a believer.
