Mike, I have a feeling that you & JB got hoodwinked. I sailed on the first cruise of the Midnight Gambler & never saw those chips in play. The boat had it's own rack of chips. If you sail on most day cruise boats you can sometimes buy chips at the cage 50 feet from the dock on the way out or when the boat is returning. I & my fellow Florida chipper were able to get chips when a boat was tied up to a dock in downtown Miami & hadn't even sailed!!!
