Don't have the book handy, but I know there is a note in it that at press time there were rumors many of the issue were about to come out.
FYI, scads of the $25 and $100 are available too. The 500, not as many it seems. The one with the green in the inserts is available from time to time. The other with the pink inserts is still hard to find......for now.
