nearly every casino in Vegas and most newer highly detailed buildings in the world (except for the all glass, like Trump) have some form of EFIS panels on them. Most all the intricate architecture on these buildings is nothing but Styrofoam w/ a coat of stucco on the outer layer. It is a lot more cost effective than real concrete stucco. Easy to get very detailed designs cut in them. Lots of the huge crown mouldings and such in these casinos are mostly Styrofoam. Looks like the only thing that burned on the Monte was the Styrofoam layer on the EFIS panels.
