The "clique" that Carl Kogut mentioned in his post is a myth; much like an Urban Legend that grows with each mention among new-comers to the vast forest. I know of no such "clique". If someone could/would identify this group of secret-handshake people, I'm sure most of the newer readers on this message board would appreciate it so they too can apply to get in as "members of the clique" when their required time of eligibility comes around.

How many people are currently in this mysterious "clique" (or "click") that alledgedly wields so much power and influence over an elected BOD every two years representing approximately 3000 club members? Is there a separate secret sub-section in the official club directory that lists them in alphabetical order or is there an asterick along side of their name like Barry Bonds?
