I think that's what that type of device should be called but can't comment on the developer of the machine or it's effective use because I've only seen one machine in action.
....sounded kinda like a garbage disposal.
Hire one and a third people to run a $1 roulette table, rotate a backup or stacker between low limit tables to keep the flow going, speed up the game.
Make it easier for me to lose, or make it easier to win, I'm easy either way. <BG>
