In my opinion, had the posts about "Buying America" been made without citing John McCain's quote (which was made during a publicly televised political debate among other Presidential candidates) it would have been non-political. Once you tie a candidate's name who is running for Presidents to that quote, whether one agrees or disagrees with the quote, it becomes political and subject to debate.
