OK. I see the problem. On the silver strike there are several bidders. The bidding has reached it's present high of $360 because the bidders are freely bidding there (tho I think they're crazy--however, I don't know much about silver strik values of closed casinos, admittedly). Whereas in the case of the MGM token the seller is starting it out at $425. That defeats any lesser bid since $425 is the minimum. Thus, the seller is essentially an idiot, has some other plan in mind, or has made a typo.
