but it seems some casinos say one thing, but allow another...let me
give you an example...a conversation with another chipper about
harvesting, I was told that when he/she asked a pit boss if he/she
could buy some roulettes, was told by the pit boss, "I can't really
sell them to you. Why don't you just buy in at a table and walk
off with a couple?" This senario was suggested by more than one
boss at more than one casion...

I understand the reasons why they don't want them to leave the table...
all the reasons you mentioned....

I just wanted to relay that story to you...not the "norm" in all
casinos though...
