I especially like the ability to preview even friendly email. Sometimes it just isn't necessary to download an email as long as I know its contents. And AT&T tends to block some mail they think is spam. I just don't use their screening process, since I can deal with that myself before I actually download to my email client. And I love the "bounce" capability!
