i Just made the move to a Dslr last year, Nikon D40...but you can get the same results with any point-and-shoot camera if you know how to tweek the settings...the best buy in cameras right now is a canon A560 point-and-shoot for 125 bucks....in the right setting, you couldnt tell the difference between a A560 shot, next to a pic taken with a 3,000.00 DSLR....Bill
