kept very accurate records of chips sales, both on and at many private auctions, including the auctions at the conventions and Doug Saito's auctions. The final prices are updated to often to provide "subscribers" with an accurate portrayal of recent & past chip sale prices...this is a wealth of information for the mid- to higher-end collectors. I don't know if the person / persons involved with this project would provide further information, but suffice it to say that such an invaluable tool does exist.
