It is easy to covert files. I use "Quicktime PRO". If you have not bought it yet I would tell you to consider the Ipod Touch. It is smaller, much thinner, yet has a bigger screen and wil blow you away. It also allows you to access the internet. The price is not much more and the technology is amazing. The touch screen works great. It is the next generation. Good Luck!
