Clay chips contain about 1% clay grin
Tons of 'ingredients', would be made to order. You would need to be a chemist to come up with a formula that worked.
Then, they are compression molded (and have to be to get the density). Needs a bit more than a 'heavy press'. Probably air driven 3000 pounds per square inch.
Oh, also, the molds have to be heated to a precise temperature before they are filled. The chips are not baked afterwards.

Probably not the sort of thing most people could do at home vbg

If you wanted to order a minimum of 100,000 chips, I could get Paul-Son to make them for you. You could even supply your own mold.
It would probably be cheaper than making 1,000 yourself grin
