The reason for not contacting you first is that you state in your site - Not responsible for lost or damaged items if optional insurance isn't purchased. Insurance will be $1.65 for up to a $50 purchase. Contact for rates if over $50. Thereby you relinquish all responsibility for the produfct. We shipped more that 3 times your business and never had a package go missing.

We too, because of a problem with one as&&%*$, do not give a rating until one is received. So let's not go the rating route bull&*&^% (you give me a negative I give you one back, etc.)and either send us the chips or send us back the money and we'll forget the whole thing as just a misunderstanding in the Christmas rush. Without a proper tracking number you don't have a leg to stand on with PayPal.
