There is no full proof way to kept out the rubbish. I could require that access to the Caribbean ChipGuide is by user logon. Even that method is not full proof and I do not want to inconvenience the 1,000's of wonderful people in this hobby for the actions of a few rotten apples. But I will do what I can with the resources that I have available.
