Thanks for bringing up this concern. I think that I am OK, because:
1) I am not publishing a list of who is banned, they know who they are
2) I am not saying why they are banned, they know what they did
3) The Caribbean ChipGuide is allowed to determine who may or may not use its resources
This is similar to the blocked bidder feature that is used on eBay. If I don't want someone to be able to use the Caribbean ChipGuide, I block them. End of story. However, I will not be arbitrary in doing so. Again the criteria for being banned is: (1) Caught doing something wrong within the casino collectibles hobby, (2) Does not correct the situation, and (3) Repeated offenses.
