Kerry- Nothing to do with chips, but Rick Fields is also a very good friend and clearly most worthy of the appointment. He is a man of the utmost honor and integrity and has performed judicial functions as a court commissioner for many years. Having been in his court on hundreds of cases, I must say that no one is more deserving.
He has performed his judicial tasks with diligence, humor and compassion. Finally, our Governor has done the right thing. This is a long overdue appointment.
