I have personally gone to the FBI about a bad e bay seller. This guy had 100% feedback. He pleads guilty and will be sentenced in 3 weeks. Feedback don't mean much.

Scott Preli paid me and I posted positive feedback as his end of the deal was done. I may be rethinking how and when I post feedback.
