Knowing the reluctance of some people to leave negative feedback due to unjustified retaliatory negative feedback, I suspect your negs would be much higher if the truth were to be told. Given what you've written in some earlier posts, it looks like any bubble mailer without delivery confirmation is likely to be "lost" if sent to you. Good luck with that from here on.
