& make a lot of noise & explain your situation.When I worked there as a Driver they would bend over backwards to make things right.I was sent 250 miles round trip to redeliver a package once.Since UPS put their name on that store they are part of it.I don't know if they will do anything, they might have someone meet you there. They want to make things right.I was out til Midnight quite a few times on Christmas eve to get the job done.Their # is 1 800 pick ups & someone should take the call tonight.Good Luck.
