Not really. Its not the same situation. In this case an old, mentally unbalanced dictator who will not give up power will eventually pass, but not before killing off thousands more. But even in the best of times the country is not the military powerhouse of a Germany (even post WWI), and its neighbors, particularly in South Africa are much stronger militarily.
