If you can, check out the casino on Andaman Island (a 20 minute ferry journey from Ranong, central Thailand) Perfect if you are doing a visa run as the casino has its own immigration. The casino is starting to run poker tournaments soon and the managers have been living in Asia for many years and welcome all expats to come and visit them (its a small island so they get pretty lonely!) They have a golf course too!
