that wasn't the only email issue I had a problem with. I was also receiving TWO identical messages (duplicates) from anyone who emailed me. The tech cleared that problem up for me, but he said that I should be able to send emails to myself as a means of testing. He said he had never run across that condition before and that I should contact microsoft.
