Re: I hate to start an argument........... but
I recently sold Frontier roulettes on E bay. The seller did not take insurance even though I offered it and I didn't put insurance on the package. I was told the package never arrived. I replaced what I had left and made a fair refund on what I couldn't replace. Why, because it's the cost of doing business. Once you sell something if it's one item or one hundred items it's still business.
Here is the old comparison, if you buy a Dell laptop for example and it doesn't arrive they replace it. Why, because you paid for something and hadn't received it.
Terry Shafer and I once did a trade of 20+ chips. I never received his package to me. Only time that has happened. He insisted on replacing them. I felt bad about that, but it was only fair. I would have done the same. What would you have done?
