This one came from Tower Casinos in Birmingham, England. I think they operate a number of casinos similar to Grosvener.
5 Lb - same size as the 2Lb in above post (strange). No mint mark.
The colors in the center appear to be the same as the 2 Lb. Enamel covered with hard plastic.
