I'm pricing out a similar thing with a Custom Token here. The actual manufacturer is in Montreal and I have been quoted about $3.00 to $5.00 (including the cost of the original mold) per token depending on quantities. 100-150 seems to be the break point in pricing. Singles are horrendous, as the cost of making the mold is way to high. I'm told that the token is made of Zinc, which ould then be plated with whatever.
