Hiya John, while it's nice to have the flip I wouldn't claim it's a big value booster. I'm not big on Harvey's stuff but I might add $8-$10 for a chip w/flip. Rated an R-3 and "G" value, that amounts to @ 30%. But...the next collector might pass and keep looking.
