These table "tent cards" are being used at many of the Harrahs Nevada properties when 7* member dine at their restaurants. Presumably, this is to let the wait-staff know you are a VIP and deserve better service [g].

The back of the card has a place for comments if you feel you didn't get ******* service (or even if you did). The smaller card was used in the coffee shop at Paris, the larger in the Steak House at Ballys.

By the way, if you eat at Ballys Steak House, ask to have Hugo as a Captain. He has worked at MGM-Ballys for 35 years and has lots of memories of the old days. BTW, he confirmed that there really was a Metro Club on an upper floor of MGM (26th I believe) for really high roller. It had dining, and gaming tables were set up upon request. He recalled there were some Metro Club chips in use, plus the regular MGM value chips. He didn't remember what they looked like, though probably not the stickered things we see from time to time.
