The death penalty is too damn good. It won't cost the the taxpayers that much money to provide food, water, and shelter ONLY. And the food can be slop for all I care. No exercise, no contacts, no cable TV, no books, no nothing. Let the SOB's rot in their cells, slowly. I for one would be in favor of raising taxes (I can't believe I just said that) if we built more prisons and changed the penal system.
