The seller did add a disclaimer that chips aren't from a real casino. Both bidders placed their bids after the disclaimer, including last minute bid by high bidder, so no problem in my opinion. However, I think both bidders were pretty dumb, as these chips have been repeatedly listed by another seller at lower realized prices. See one of his current auctions at:
