() When the USA anthem played, the reaction was much the same as that in the arena...
However I was gutted to hear the Boo's & Whistles for the Star Spangled Banner.
It is a sad fact that sport of any kind brings out the worst form of Patriotism is the vast majority of British fans.
To all the Colonial Cousins on the board... we aren't all like that on this side of the pond!!!
