How is it possible that the Texas Longhorns with a record of 9-0 and wins over 2 top 7 teams (Including #2 UCLA) is ranked only 4th ????
The teams ahead of Texas are:
Kansas (9-0) who beat no top 10 teams but has a win against #22 (By 4 points) and whos entire schedule shows only 1 game against any top 10 team.
Memphis (7-0) who beat no top 10 teams but has a win against #24 and whos entire schedule shows only 1 game against any top 10 team.
And Finally at #1
North Carolina (8-0) who beat no ranked teams whatsoever and whos entire schedule shows only 2 games against any top 10 teams.
Are the pollmakers smoking crack, or do they think Michael Jorden still plays for the Tar Heels?
Just 10 games into the season and it looks like Texas is getting the shaft in the polls once again !!!!!!!!
Lets remember that i the past 2 seasons we lost out top scorers as freshman in consecutive years (Durant & Aldridge).
HOOK EM HORNS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
