The same chips are used in both casinos, with The Mint on one side and Maxims on the others. The 50p chips are Stanley Casinos 50p chips, but a design I haven't seen before so they could be unique to this location, but I suspect not otherwise they would probably have put Mint/Maxims on them?
The £1 and £5 are shown in the scan, but the £5 is green (just my scanner not scanning the chips properly). The £25 is black and the £100 pink (as they were before at the Westcliff and Spielers).
Interesting that they have used Southend as the location, whereas the Westcliff and Spielers were in Westcliff according to the casinos - the location is in fact in Westcliff, but they have stated Southend as the nearby large town, probably as more people have heard of Southend?
I do have a couple for sale on Ebay.
Also of course, all of the Westcliff, Speilers and Waterfront casino chips are now obsolete and no longer available in the casino. I also have a few on Ebay, including some of which I only have one example (the 4 insert Westcliff £1, the Waterfront 50p and the Westcliff Millennium £5 LE).
Thanks for looking
Jason
