I just took a look at your auction and I think that the bidder intended to discover your reserve price. Although his excuse that that he thought he was bidding on another item might be valid. He did bid $150 and $160 on similar items, so why does he go on to say he ment to bid $15 (It sounds to me like he started to mix up his excuses.) Also I notice he has 2 bid retractions within the past week.
