Very nice sturgeon, very "foolhardy" fishermen. I live in the CA Delta, and even small sturgeon can be extremely dangerous, when brought into a boat. They have many razor sharp spines along their sides and tail and they are well equipped and very willing to do combat. Many serious injuries have occurred from the mishandling of these fish. That fish would have measured between
6.5 & 7 feet long.
