There are a lot of the SQINCIR chips around this part of the country (Portland) that were made as samples. I've seen many in Bud Meyer's show cases and boxes. Portland Card was the distributor.

By the way, why do you call it YG? Scan is kind of small, but looks like maybe YF? The "Y" would be kind of unusual in a club name... maybe related to Yachats, OR, about 15 mi south of Newport, OR?
