My friends who are attorneys locally, (yes they do have friends, a sense of humor, and I golf with them...) have the view that Murphy will get off, and Tabish will get convicted. I'm not so sure.

If any of Murphy's early antics are known, it could sway them towards conviction.

James Shelo (sp) is a Milwaukee local and well known for winning tough defense cases. He was doing the cross on the ME. I don't know if we will see more of him, but this is a "hired gun" brought in by the Murphy money.
