Has anyone else had trouble signing on to the Collection Library after the intial registration using Vista Home addition? The message I get is
A Severe System Error Occured, Closing the Connection.
I was able to download the program but can not log in now. I have my password and
I sign in on XP no problem. Any help will be appreciated. Helen
