Prodigy Chip Board in trouble

To all,
I just left the Prodigy Chip BB. It is in trouble! No one is posting except Mel and I believe his posts are going unread.

I like many of you started on Prodigy a few years back. It was fun - much information was shared among the hardcore 30 to 40 regulars. Sure we had disagreements; many battles - some won, some lost. Just like here on Greg's board.

The once a week auctions were fun. Michael Knapp answered questions and EVERYONE learned from each other. We poked fun at one another and who could ever forget the famous Jerry O'Neal post involving Mel and Armin(VBG). There are many memories associated with *P* - lets not let them die. Besides I hate seeing Mel writing notes to himself - some people might get the wrong idea.(G)

Now I am not suggesting we leave Greg's board. I am suggesting that those of you with Prodigy accounts active visit the Chip board. Post a few notes.

I will return to the weekly auctions and chat sessions - so you can tell me what you think face to face; or I should say modem to modem.

I will submit chips to the weekly auctions and do write ups of each chip like I use too. I will try to activate "Jim's Corner" and provide information for our new chippers.

Who knows maybe DonL will put a private auction or two up. Yes, I have bought some chips from Don's Prodigy auctions.

Jerry O'Neal use to put auctions up also. Maybe he might consider doing it again. I guess maybe what I am saying is let's keep Prodigy's Chip Board alive while also enjoying this wonderful board Greg has given us. Hey Greg, you too. You use to post the changes to your web page up on *P*.

Maybe if Armin returns from being lost in cyberspace he can help with the posting of the show notices and chapter meetings. Thanks everyone, Jim
