Right, that's what this program does is defrag. That has been done. It is completely free of fragmented files. The problem is the lack of free space. The disk is 95% full of non-fragmented files. From what I understand, drives operate best when there is a higher ratio of free space to used space. Since the free space is so low on this drive, there is little to no space for programs to operate efficiently, thus the error message telling me I need to free up more space.
