Since postage rates have increased I started to use the Safety cardboard mailers to save postage. Last week I had my first chip that I sent out returned by the buyer broken and I had to refund the seller his money. Today I recieved this chip from an E-Bay auction I won, also mailed in the same type Safety cardboard mailer. I was sick when I received this chip as I have been looking for it for awhile. It is back to the padded envelopes for me and the slight difference in postage.
