Another example: If you mention "No Paypal" in your listing, chances are the listing will be deleted by ebay. But I have found in my recent ebay offerings that if I put "Sorry, I no longer have an active PayPal account" ... it basically means the same thing but ebay isn't as offended. NONE of my recent ebay items with that phrase have been deleted.
