I thought for sure this chip would be attributed to The Penthouse in A/C. There were several A/C chips in the collection.

There were also European chips in the collection. I did a quick Google search and could not find anything. I will keep looking.

The logo is correct, so I am assuming it was made on behalf of Penthouse. I am going to try to get in touch with the original owner and see if he remembers how he got it.
