Only saw this thread now. Two-up was played when Star City first openend, but it didnt last very long, it was either scrapped, or banned, like in the rest of the state (not sure about the rest of the country). In NSW anyway, it is only allowed to be played legally for money on ANZAC day, and is played in pubs across the state.
Given that its played in a pub, for money, with very loose organization and arrangement, arguments often occur between those with a few too many beers under their belt, with a losing party often claiming they said heads, not tails or vice-versa.
